Pohjanmaan Konepaja Oy is owned by Raimo, Kaarlo, and Teemu Salmenaho. The total number of employees is 70, which includes employees from the design office, workshops and construction sites.

The employees of our company are well educated and they have wide knowledge in structural design and analysis, architectural design and infrastructure planning, and construction technology. In addition, they come from different countries, which makes our company international with extensive language skills.

Our employees have profound experience gained over the years after working with other various companies that deal with design and construction of steel structures. Our welders have valid certificates of high welding classes.

Surface treatment of steel structures can be implemented on site or at surface treatment facility, and when needed, at galvanized treatment plant in a most cost efficient manner for the customer without extra costs on transportation, loading, and unloading.

When needed our building installation/erection personnel can take care of the installation of steel structures manufactured by us according to the quality specifications.
